And we’re on!! Today is the first day of the new I quit sugar program I am going to follow for the next 8 weeks. It’s my third attempt at following the program and it’s about time I get my act together and start eating healthy food again. I’m exited to start, so prepare yourself for getting endless stories about how I’m feeling, my frustrations and hopefully some good recipes in between.

It’s only post two here on the site so we’ll see how things will develop going forward as I’m still building things and thinking of how to set it all up.

I first have to go out and get lots of food as the fridge is empty (well not empty but filled with not so healthy stuff…) and needs serious stocking up. List is made, recipes are planned in for the week so ready to gooooooo!
